– Turn off water and gas inlets.
– Close shutters and turn on alarm system.
– Turn off household appliances and heating/air conditioning.
– Manage cleaning of the property and tidying up, put the bins out.
– Laundry service for bed linens and towels (washing, ironing)
– Outdoor furniture put away, manage Jacuzzi / pool winterizing and maintenance.
The house will be put on hold, according to your instructions: there will be nothing left to do!
